By using the SmartDine (Restaurant Management System) software and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Access to the SmartDine desktop application requires an active subscription plan. Plans are non-refundable once activated. Free trials are available once per account.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SmartDine desktop application during your active subscription period. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the software.
Your restaurant data is stored locally and synced to our secure cloud servers. We do not share your data with third parties.
